Cinco de Mayo Results (Saturday, May 5, 2012)

Summer hasn't even begun and things are already heating up here in Peach State Wrestling, and this entire night will lead into next month's June Jam II, a night that will see Kit Kelsey defend the Peach State Championship against Nick King, that is if King is able to survive tonight against Brute Svenson in a no-holds barred match.

We were in lovely Old Town Conyers, downtown. Outside Dixieland, this is probably my favorite location so far. I walked right across the street and got some great pizza from a little place called the Greek Pizza House. Speaking of great locations, I can't wait for No Resolutions, because we will be wrestling at Stone Mountain Park as part of their June Jam festivities on Saturday, June 2! It'll also be our first outdoor venue, which should be interesting unto itself.

We started the night with "The People's Choice" August Joyce taking on a new comer to Peach State Wrestling and member of Fox Industries, Ricardo Esteban. Joyce comes out first to Enter Shikari's "OK, Time for Plan B." The crowd gives him a proper entrance, both for his status with Peach State, and being the first superstar they've seen tonight. Joyce comes out with confidence, but he has to be feeling the pressure here tonight. Since his return, he has been winless. He wants a shot at that Peach State title, and if he has any hopes of doing so, he has to get some wins and move up the rankings.

Ricardo Esteban came out to a mixed reaction as the crowd doesn't know how to react to him, despite the fact that his manager / agent seems to be a bit of an asshole. However, he changes the mixed reaction to one of all boos as he climbs into the ring, and immediately slaps August Joyce across the face. Joyce turns, holding his jaw from the slap, as Esteban stands there, a smirk across his face. Joyce looked at John Empires, the referee for the match, like he was waiting for something. Then Empires motions for the match to officially start, and the bell rings, and Joyce nods, before turning and driving Esteban down with a huge clothesline.

Esteban gets up, but as soon as he gets up, Joyce grabs him, only to lift him up and slamming him down hard with the Qing Ri. Joyce immediately covers and gets a three count for his first win since his return. The crowd cheers, especially at the quick work of this newcomer. Joyce has his hands raised in the ring, when suddenly someone steps from the entrance.

It's Kevin Fox, head of Fox Industries. He's clapping. Joyce turns his attention to him, not quite sure why he's there, especially seeing he said he wasn't going to be there. Fox has a mic in his hand. He congratulates Joyce on a job well done for both his defeat here and his moving on in the Ultatitle Tournament.

The congratulations does not help with Joyce's confussion. Fox then offers Joyce a chance to join Fox Industries as a client. Joyce stares at him dumbfounded, and then actually busts out laughing. Fox does not look amused.

He then smiles saying that he knew that Joyce wouldn't know what was good for him and take this wonderful opportunity, so he wanted to make sure he was properly motivated.

Suddenly, a large man comes from behind, sliding in under the bottom rope, and clubs Joyce in the back of the head. Joyce struggles to get up, but the man clubs him across the back of the head again, before lifting him up to his feet. He drives a boot into his gut, before lifting him up into a powerbomb position, coming straight down in a sitting position. The man shoves Joyce off of him, as he gets back to his feet staring down at him.

Fox says he can take some time and think it over, but he's already talked with Mr. Wilson, and Slim here will be his opponent at No Resolutions. He'll expect his answer then. Fox and "Slim" walk to the exit, as Joyce attempts to recover in the ring.

I would find out later that apparently this Ricardo Esteban was never actually a member of Fox Industries. He was a guy that Fox hired to come out here and slap Joyce. Now, after that, I think things went a little off the books, because I expected Fox may have thought he would fair a little better against Joyce. However, this new guy  is Sean "Slim" Coakley from Nassau, Bahamas. He's a big monster of a man, and I seriously think that Joyce is going to have a lot tougher time taking him on than he did with Esteban.

Our next match started with a bang...well, maybe more of a thud, because right as Empires was getting into place to get the match started when suddenly Nick King was launched through the entrance. He stumbled, trying to stop himself, as the big hulking Brute Svenson steps through, a look of rage on his face.

Last month, it was King who got the drop on Brute, but it does appear that Brute did the same thing to him this month. King turns, but it's right into a huge right hand from Brute. King rocks backwards, dropping to one knee. Brute comes toward him, and King falls backwards to his back. He brings his feet up and drives both of them into Brute's knees. Brute is stunned as he is almost taken down from the kicks.

King gets back to his feet, and grabs Brute's head, and brings it down for a knee strike. Brute stumbles backwards, but does not go down. King is able to get back to his feet, and rushes Brute, slamming a forearm into his chest. Brute takes a step back, but then fires back with a huge right hand. King stumbles away, moving closer to the ring. Brute grabs ahold of King, and slams into him with a headbutt. King wobbles, taking several steps, before nearly faceplanting on the ground.

Brute bends down, picking King up to his feet. Brute lets go, and then turns, delivering a monstrous chop across King's chest. King stumbles away, rounding the front row of the crowd. He pushes someone out of their chair, and tries to lift the chair, but as soon as he has it up, Brute is there, and sends a fist straight into it. The fist slams the chair back into King's head, and King goes down, dropping the chair. Brute bends down, picking up the chair, and raises it. He brings it down, but strikes nothing but the concrete floor as King rolls away from the strike.

Brute raises it again, and once again misses, as King rolls in the other direction. King crawls toward the crowd, trying to gain some semblance of protection thinking Brute won't swing the chair wildly with the people around.

He was wrong.

Brute plows straight through the crowd, as they scatter, trying to protect themselves, but he did drop the chair, instead going for King with a hand. He grabs him by the back of his neck and yanks him off the ground. He turns him around, but as soon as he does, King scrapes him across the eyes. It doesn't matter how big a guy is, if someone scrapes your eyes, you're going to be stunned. Brute lets go of him and immediately protects his face from further attack. King grabs the nearest chair and drives it, not even bother to close it first, into Brute's ribs.

Brute stumbles backwards, slightly doubled over. King holds the chair with one hand and swings it downward, crashing into the back of Brute's head, neck, and back. For the first time this entire match, Brute goes down to one knee. King drives  a hard kick straight into Brute's face, and Brute collapses to the floor, in the middle of some toppled over chairs.

King picks up another chair, raising it, and intending to bring it down onto Brute's head, but Brute turns, and it strikes his shoulder instead. The clang is unmistakable though, as Brute is still hurt from the blow, but it would have been much worse if it had struck his head. King raises the chair again, but this time, Brute turns, and as King brings the chair down, Brute lifts his foot into the air, and kicks the incoming chair. The chair is ripped from King's hand from the impact of Brute's kick. King looks stunned for a minute, not expecting it. Brute rolls over to his knees, and King drives a double ax handle into Brute's back, but Brute shakes it off, raising to one knee. King lays into him with another double ax handle, but as soon as he does it, Brute reaches out, snatching King around the throat, and in one fluid motion, stood to his feet and lifting King up with a chokeslam, slamming him onto a pile of chairs.

King lets out a cry of pain, before rolling off the pile of chairs, as Brute shakes off the chair shot to his shoulder. In a lot of ways, King was lucky, because a chokeslam on the concrete may have been much worse than on the chairs, but King isn't thinking that right now. He's looking for some means of escape.

He doesn't find it, as Brute grabs one of his legs, and starts to drag him toward the ring. This match may be no countouts or DQ, but at the same time, if someone wants to win, they have to do it in the ring. Brute drags him toward the ring, but somehow, he manages to grab ahold of one of the chairs. Brute gets to the ring and turns around, about to reach down to grab King, but King levels him with a chairshot.

Brute stumbles backwards, back into the ring apron. King slowly stands to his feet and levels him again with another chair shot. Brute collapses to the floor, and King rolls into the ring, catching his breath. He sits up, yelling at Empires to count Brute out, but Empires actually smiles at King when he reminds him it's a no count out match. King stares at him angrily, and then rolls out of the ring. He starts to lift Brute up, noticing a small amount of blood on Brute's forehead. King punches him hard in the head, before shoving him up onto the apron, and rolling the monster of a man into the ring.

King looks under the ring and pulls out another chair. He throws it in the ring, before going back under, pulling out a table. I'm honestly not sure if anyone has went through a table in Peach State before. If someone has, I don't remember it, but King apparently wants to change all that, as he lifts the table up and slides it into the ring.

King climbs back into the ring, grabbing the table, and setting it up in the corner. He turns around to see Brute slowly getting to one knee. King turns around and smirks. He says something to Brute, something about being the best thing in Peach State Wrestling and how someone like Brute is beneath him. Brute then stands, and drives a huge big boot into King. King flies backwards, smashing straight through the table, and I swear to god, Brute said "Puny King!"

Ok, maybe that's what he said in my mind, but dammit that was a cool moment.

Brute moves over, grabbing King out of the debris of the table. Brute lifts him up, and nails him with another huge headbutt, and for the first time in this match, King is now bleeding as well. King falls back into the corner, barely able to stand on his own. Brute nails him with a huge chop across his chest. King nearly falls out of the corner, but Brute holds him up there. He sends him flying to the otherside of the ring into the corner. King slams into the corner hard. Brute reaches down, picking up the chair King threw into the ring earlier. He holds it up to his side, and takes off running, heading chair first into the corner. At the last minute, King moves out of the way, and Brute slams into the corner. The chair slams into the same shoulder that King nailed earlier. Brute rebounds back, dropping the chair, holding his shoulder in pain.

King drops to his knees, but somehow manages to get up, lifting the chair. Brute turns around, and King drives the chair into Brute's shoulder. Brute lets out a cry of pain from the blow, his shoulder obviously in pain. King drives another chair shot into the shoulder and another and another. Brute's shoulder is bruising before our eyes from the blows. Brute tries to push King away, but he has no strength in the arm, so he turns and decks King with his other fist.

King stumbles backwards, before falling to the mat again, dropping the chair. Brute holds his arm, obviously in real pain, and then grabs ahold of King, ignoring the pain. He begins to lift King up, but as soon as he lifts him up, King fights back, grabbing Brute's arm, and wrapping his arms around the arm and his neck in a modified version of his Empire Lock. Brute's eyes immediately bug from the pain searing in his shoulder, and he goes down to one knee as King locks the move in more tightly.

Brute struggles, trying to break free, but King has perfected this move, and he locks it in good, forcing Brute to the mat. Brute lets out another cry of pain, as King literally screams, retching back on the move as much as he can, putting maximum pressure on Brute's shoulder and arm. I have no doubt that King had every intention of breaking his arm, so Brute did what nobody thought he would do. He tapped.

The crowd was shocked as he did it, but King wouldn't let go. Empires yells at him to let go, and King tells him to go to hell. Empires threatens to disqualify him and begins to count. King's eyes stare straight at Empires, and lets go right when Empires was about to make it to 5. King rolls off of Brute, who is barely moving from being in so much pain. King starts to get to his feet, but stumbles, dropping back to his knees, the match taking it's own toll on him.

Empires checks on Brute as King tries to celebrate to the booing crowd, but is barely able to do it. Suddenly, Jody Wilson steps from the entrance. He doesn't do music. He just has a mic. He calls King's name, and King turns around, surprised to see Jody there. King wants to know what the hell he wants.

Jody says King has beaten almost every person that has been put in front of him, and whether he likes him or not, he most definitely deserves to have his title shot against Kit Kelsey next month at No Resolutions, but there's just one thing he's forgotten.

King looks confused, wondering what he's forgotten.

He forgot about someone he put out of commission. Someone that just happens to still be employed with Peach State Wrestling. Someone who will officially be making their return at the main event of No Resolutions...to referee the huge match between Kit Kelsey and Nick King.

King calls him a son of a bitch before he can even get the name out.

That person will be Matt Reynolds!

King is not happy with that announcement at all. Wilson says good luck, before turning and leaving, leaving King in the ring seething.

So Matt Reynolds is returning to Peach State, back as a referee. And in his first match back it'll be in a match where the person who put him out is going for the title. Seeing Nick King is an asshole, I think it couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

The intermission started, seeing King storm out of the ring, and Brute helped to the back by Empires, favoring that arm heavily. A few of the wrestlers came out to sign some autographs, but then it was time to begin again, and we were moving straight into the main event. We already saw August Joyce beat Ricardo Esteban, only to be attacked by Sean "Slim" Coakley of Fox Industries, and the two will face off against each other at No Resolutions. Then we saw Nick King force Brute Svenson to tap out, which has to have Kit Kelsey worried now, but one of the big things in his favor is the referee for the match, as Matt Reynolds will return, after four months of being on the sidelines since being brutally attacked by Nick King prior to the Irish Battle Royal. But it was that attack that backfired on King, because it allowed for Kit Kelsey to replace   Reynolds and go on to win the title in his first Peach State match. And now we are left with the tag team championship match.

"Walk" by the Foo Fighters plays as "The People's Hero" Johnny Royal steps from the entrance. The crowd goes crazy for him as his hands are held up high. He waits to go to the ring, turning back, as his music fades and "Here for the Party" by Gretchen Wilson begins to play. Dixie Leigh comes springing out from the entrance, her usual pepped up self. Dixie and Royal nod at each other, and head down to the ring together, slapping the hands of the fans at ringside. They break off, going opposite directions around the ring, meeting on the otherside, and then climb up into the ring.

I like this tag team. Most of the tag teams that get put together in our lottery system don't associate with each other until they have to, but Royal and Dixie wrestled two great matches against each other in the last two months, they got to know each other in the last month, and they are ready for this match. They might be the most prepared tag team for this match tonight since...well....Blaine Harrison and Mr. Krinkle, who did almost the same thing before they won the tag team gold off of Tara and Tristian, and they have been nearly unstoppable in tag team competition.

"I'm Sexy and I Know It" by LMFO begins to play and out comes Blaine Harrison and Mr. Krinkle. Krinkle  eyes immediately fall on Dixie Leigh, who does not like the look the clown is giving her. I don't really blame her, but at the same time, I can't tell if Krinkle really is this twisted or if this is just a game he is playing, because if this is a game, he has played it perfectly, because he has Dixie completely psyched out at the moment.

She doesn't even want to be in the ring with him, and that could be problematic for Johnny Royal, who may have to wind up defending against both of them, because Dixie doesn't want anything to do with Krinkle.

Blaine and Krinkle climb into the ring together, with Blaine eyeing both of his opponents, measuring them up. Blaine has his own stuff to prove, as he didn't like coming up short against Kit Kelsey last month. He wanted that Peach State Championship so bad, he could taste it, but he just couldn't put Kelsey down. You could tell this month that it was still eating at him, and despite what he says, it may have been a big blow to his confidence, because Blaine is one of the more successful wrestlers here in Peach State Wrestling since his debut, and his first shot at the big one, he lost.

The bell rings, and Krinkle immediately wants in first against Dixie, but Blaine pats him on the shoulder and tells him he'll take this one first. Krinkle looks a little disappointed, but climbs out of the ring. But it is Dixie who starts off against him. Dixie looks comfortable enough in the ring with Blaine, but she looks off to her side at Krinkle, just to make sure he really is staying on the outside.

The bell rings and the two lock-up with the Peach State Tag Team Championships on the line. Blaine quickly gets the advantage, using his superior technical skill to lock in a headlock, which he quickly turns into a hammerlock. While Blaine may be better at technical wrestling, Dixie can definitely use her size to her advantage, as she manages to shimmy her way over to the corner, where she jumps up, planting her feet on the middle turnbuckle, and flips over Blaine, landing on her feet. She backs away quickly, as Blaine smirks, impressed at the escape.

Blaine nods at Dixie, who nods back, and the two go to lock up again. This time, Blaine side steps her, grabs her by her midsection, and lifts her up into a gut wrench suplex. He slams her down, and immediately covers, but only gets a one count as Dixie quickly kicks out. Dixie scrambles to her feet, just as Blaine tries to grab her again, but she steps to the side, taking him down with a drop toe hold. He face plants into the mat, and before he can push himself up, Dixie is on her feet, leaping into the air, and coming down with a leg drop on the back of the head, which slams his face into the mat again.

It's Dixie's turn to flip Blaine over and cover, but she only gets a one count as well as Blaine kicks out. Dixie gets back to her feet, runs to the ropes, only for Blaine to get up, and drop in front of her. Dixie jumps over him and into the ropes again, but this time Blaine gets up, and catches her on the rebound with a back body drop, but Dixie flips in mid-air and lands on her feet. Blaine turns around as Dixie goes for a quick toe kick, but Blaine catches it in mid-air, but as soon as he does, Dixie leaps up and goes for an enziguri, but Blaine ducks that one, as she is flipped around, her leg pulled backwards as Blaine still has it.

Blaine spins her leg, forcing Dixie to turn around right into an attempted Russian Leg Sweep, but Dixie drives an elbow to the back of his head, allowing her to spin out of his grip. She spins around and nails him with a left hand and goes for another one, but he blocks it, grabs her around the waist and lifts her up with a shoulder to gut suplex, flipping her over and bridging the move for a count.

It gets a two, but Dixie is still able to kick out of it. Blaine stands back up, as Dixie takes a step back, and it is time for Dixie to be impressed at the reversals.

That may have been one of the best series of exchanges I've seen between two superstars in Peach State, and the crowd was on their feet for the whole thing. As both Dixie and Blaine stands just a few feet away from each other ready to start again, the crowd is on their feet clapping for both of them. Both of them look a little taken aback by the sentiment. Even Johnny Royal is clapping for the two of them, as he's a sucker for good competition anyway. Krinkle though just keeps his eyes on Dixie, but at the moment, Dixie wasn't looking at his direction.

Dixie and Blaine look at each other and nod, locking up for their third time. This time though, Dixie ducks the lock-up, and comes up behind Blaine, rolling him up with a school boy, getting a quick two count, but Blaine rolls out of it, coming up onto his knees, right into a dropkick from Dixie. Blaine is knocked backwards.

Dixie into the ropes, coming back, leaping up, and coming down with both knees into Blaine's chest. She then rolls off of him, and comes up, tagging in Royal. Royal immediately climbs into the ring, running across, and leaping into the air, coming down with a big elbow drop. He covers, getting a two count, but Blaine kicks out.

Royal gets to his feet, and starts to pull Blaine up, but Blaine pushes off, nailing Royal with an uppercut. He then grabs Royal's head and delivers a quick snap suplex. Blaine gets back to his feet, driving a stomp into Royal, and then bending down to lift him up. He drags him over to his corner and tags in Krinkle. Krinkle climbs into the ring, as Blaine lifts Royal's arm up, exposing his midsection. Krinkle drives a hard fist into him, causing Royal to drop to his knees, as Blaine exits the ring.

Krinkle bends down, lifting Royal up, but as soon as he does, Royal hammers him with a right then a left, but before he can get any other momentum, Krinkle slaps both of his hands together slamming them into Royal's head. Royal wobbles for a second, before he drops to one knee. Krinkle puts a big smile on his face, as he turns his direction to Dixie. He gives her a wicked smile, and Dixie cringes visibly in the corner.

Krinkle takes a step in her direction, but as soon as he does so, Royal pushes foreward, driving his shoulder into the back of Krinkle's knee. Krinkle can't help but to go down to one knee. Royal takes a second to recover, before driving a kick into Krinkle's shoulder, then a side kick into his upper back. Krinkle grimaces from the kick, but as Royal gets a little close, Krinkle grabs him and shoves him backwards. Royal flies backwards, landing on his back, and rolling backwards, getting back to his feet, as Krinkle gets up and rushes him with a clothesline.

Royal tries to duck it. Krinkle can't stop his own momentum as he hits the ropes, but unfortunately, it's hard to do anything with someone the size of Krinkle, because as soon as Royal turns around, Krinkle rebounds off the ropes, and slams hard into Royal. Royal goes flying across the ring, landing hard. Krinkle shakes off the hit and walks over to Royal, grabbing his leg and dragging him back over to his corner. Krinkle tags into Blaine, who climbs in, driving a kick into Royal's leg as Krinkle holds it.

Krinkle climbs out, as Blaine takes over. Blaine lifts Royal up, and pushes him into the ropes, sending him to the otherside. Royal bounces off the ropes, as Blaine tries to take him down, but Royal ducks it, and comes back off the ropes with a flying forearm. It connects with Blaine's head and he goes down. Royal immediately rolls to his corner and tags in Dixie.

The crowd pops as Dixie catches the hot tag, hopping into the ring. Blaine tries to get back to his feet, but as soon as he does so, Dixie leaps up, and catches him with a hurricanrana, taking him down and going for a pinfall. Dixie gets a two count before Blaine gets a shoulder up. She gets up and immediately tags in Royal.

She lifts Blaine to his feet, and hooks him into a suplex. Royal comes over and grabs him from the other side, and they lift him up into a double suplex, bringing him down hard into the center of the ring. Royal covers as Dixie slides out of the ring. Royal only gets another two count as Blaine once again gets a shoulder up. Royal gets up and leaps to the ropes, springboarding backwards into a moonsault, but as he comes down, Blaine lifts his knees up, and Royal comes straight down on top of them.

Blaine pushes Royal off of him, and slowly gets back to his feet. He lifts Royal up, and sends him into his corner with an Irish Whip. Royal hits it hard. Blaine rushes, driving a knee into Royal's gut, and then tags in Krinkle, before turning, and driving Royal down with a bulldog. As he comes down, he immediately rolls out of the ring, as Krinkle comes in, leaping into the air, and coming down with a bonsai drop onto Royal, who just rolled over. The whole ring shakes from the thud, as Krinkle covers, so to speak.

He only gets two though as Royal somehow is able to kick out of it, barely getting his shoulder up. Krinkle doesn't look happy that he didn't get the win with that, but just shrugs it off and stands back up. He bends down, lifting Royal up. He throws him backwards into the neutral corner, and then rushes the short distance into it, smashing Royal hard into the corner. Krinkle steps away, allowing for Royal to fall out of the corner, faceplanting on the mat.

Krinkle giggles to himself, and then eyes Dixie again. Dixie once again cringes, but her eyes bug as Krinkle reaches down and grabs Royal's arm. He begins to drag him over to Dixie's corner, extending Royal's hand like he wants her to tag herself in. In his own corner, Blaine yells at him to focus, but Krinkle seems to be in his own little world. Dixie drops off the apron, and Krinkle's smile drops to a frown. He turns his attention back to Royal, lifting him up to his feet. He drives a downward chop across Royal's chest, and Royal winces in pain and almost falls down again, but Krinkle keeps him standing. He nails him with a knife edge chop, sending Royal into the ropes.

He whips him to the otherside, and comes back, catching Royal on his shoulder, lifting him up, before turning, and throwing him down with a modified spinebuster. Royal lays nearly unmoving in the center of the ring, on impact. Krinkle walks over and tags in Blaine. Blaine doesn't waste anytime, as he climbs in and rushes over, covering Royal.

He gets a near three count, but at the last second, Royal gets a shoulder up. Blaine looks at Empires, and Empires shows him how close it was to the count. Blaine shakes his head, and immediately goes back to the attack. He lifts Royal up, wrapping him up into a suplex position, but before he lifts him up, he twists, driving him down with a neckbreaker. Blaine covers, but this time, Royal gets a foot on the rope after the two count. Blaine once again can't believe it.

He lifts him up, pushing him against the ropes. He sends him to the other side, going for a running clothesline, but at the last second, Royal ducks it, heading to the opposite ropes. Blaine rebounds, and they both come toward each other, and they both have the same idea, as they both go for a clothesline. They crash into each other with the double clothesline and both men go down.

The crowd is on their feet as Empires begins the double count-out, as both men struggle to move. He gets to a three before Blaine starts to move. Royal moves shortly after him, and both Krinkle and Dixie are extending their hands, trying to get a tag. Blaine is the first to his feet, but rather than tagging out, he turns back to Royal, who is just up on one knee. He goes to grab Royal, but as soon as he does, Royal pushes forward, somersaulting, before he comes up and tags Dixie.

The crowd pops as Dixie leaps into the ring. Blaine rushes her, going for a clothesline, but Dixie ducks it. Blaine turns, and Dixie nails him with a left, then a right, then a hard left. Blaine is rocked and falls back into the neutral corner. Dixie grabs his hand and whips him to the opposite corner. Blaine slams into it, and Dixie immediately follows him in, leaping up, going for a monkey flip, but instead, Blaine grabs her, and drops her straight down with a text book front spinebuster.

Blaine slowly gets back to his feet, and walks over, tagging in Mr. Krinkle. The crowd doesn't know how to react, as Krinkle nearly trips over himself climbing into the ring, where Dixie is. Dixie slowly gets to her feet, and sees what just happened. She immediately backs away, rushing over to Royal, who is on the apron. She tags him, but before anything else can happen, Krinkle comes out of nowhere, slamming a forearm into Royal's head, sending him flying off the apron. Royal crashes to the floor.

Dixie is knocked to the mat. Krinkle turns, smiling at her, and once again Blaine yells at him to focus, and once again, Krinkle seems to be in his own world. Krinkle reaches down, trying to grab Dixie, but Dixie rolls backwards, getting to her feet, and away from Krinkle, but she realizes she's backed herself into the corner. Krinkle crushes her, but she is able to duck under his massive arms, making it to the opposite side of the ring. Krinkle turns, staring at Dixie, looking a little annoyed. He begins to move toward Dixie, and Dixie tries to go in one direction, but Krinkle steps there. She tries to go in other, but he sidesteps toward her. He backs her up into the corner.

Dixie looks frightened, as Krinkle takes a step back, holding his arms out like he's going to grab her...

SPEAR!!!

Royal came out of nowhere with a huge spear.

You would think that someone the size of Royal couldn't take someone the size of Krinkle down with a spear. You wouldn't be the only one, because if I hadn't seen it with my own two eyes, I wouldn't have believed it either.

Royal came out of nowhere and nailed Krinkle with a huge spear and Krinkle went down.

However, with everyone else in the ring, Blaine wasn't about to let that stand, so he climbs into the ring as well, driving a knee into Royal, knocking him back into the ropes. He drives an inside elbow into Royal, before sending him to the other side, but he forgot about Dixie, who leaps up onto the second rope, and jumping off, wrapping her legs around Blaine's head, bringing him down with another hurricanrana. Blaine lands hard, and literally rolls under the bottom rope, right out of the ring to the floor below.

Royal hits the ropes, wrapping his arms around the top one to stop his momentum. As he turns around, he sees Krinkle rushing toward Dixie. There's no way he can reach her in time.

Dixie side steps, and Krinkle slams into the corner. He slowly turns, shaken from the impact, and while Dixie still looks concerned, she drives a hard side kick into his gut, then his leg, then his other leg, then his gut again, and finally leaping up, and catching him with a spinning kick to his head. Krinkle is stunned. He takes two steps, as he swings a punch wildly, catching nothing but air. Then he saw something and turned toward it.

It was a mistake, as Royal leaps off the top rope, grabbing Krinkle's head, spinning him around, and coming down with his version of a tornado DDT, the Royal Flush. He plants Krinkle's head straight into the mat, and  Krinkle turns over on impact. Royal covers, hooking Krinkle's leg, and...

We have new champions...Royal and Dixie did it. They beat Krinkle and Blaine, in what was by far, the best tag match we've seen here in Peach State Wrestling. I'm going on record and saying that. We've seen good matches, but this was the best, bar none.

On the outside of the ring, Blaine holds his head, watching as he realizes they've lost the titles. He doesn't look happy at that predicament. He watches as Empires hands both Dixie and Royal the titles. Dixie leaps into Royal's arms, holding the title. Royal seems a little surprised at the celebration, but then just goes with it. Dixie and Royal hold the titles up high into the air, before going to opposite corners to climb them to continue the celebration.

Krinkle rolls out of the ring, holding his head. Blaine walks over to him, patting him on his back, and Krinkle then looks up like he doesn't quite understand. Blaine just shakes his head, and pats him on the back, leading him into the back.

This is a match I would love to see again, but the tag division isn't like any other. The likely hood of these two teams facing again is slim to none.

HOWEVER, this will not be the last time they see each other, because at No Resolutions, Dixie Leigh and Mr. Krinkle will finally be able to settle their differences as they will compete in a one on one match, while Blaine Harrison and Johnny Royal will lock-up for the first time ever in singles competition, in what many will call a highlight reel waiting to happen.

That's four, count them, four huge matches, at No Resolutions at Stone Mountain. We've got August Joyce against Slim Coakley. Blaine Harrison versus Johnny Royal. Dixie Leigh taking on Mr. Krinkle, and finally, in the main event, we will see Kit Kelsey defend his Peach State Championship against Nick King with Matt Reynolds as the referee for the match.

It's going to be our biggest card since Breakaway, and it sure is not to be missed. I can't imagine what everyone is going to be dealing with in the next month. Blaine and Krinkle lost the tag championships. Dixie is now being forced to face off against her biggest fear, Mr. Krinkle. August once again has to face a member of Fox Industries, and Kit Kelsey and Nick King finally square off with the title on the line.

I can't wait until No Resolutions.
